We need a clone of the Danelectro Chicken Salad Univibe! Such a great sounding little pedal, and minus the top board with all the jacks and buffering, the pcb and parts count could be quite manageable.
A modded Phaser doesn't capture the sound of the LDR Salad. Thoughts?

I think that would be awesome! I really want BYOC to do some sort of Uni Vibe variant. Naysayers will naysay...I say it's doable.

Does anyone have a schemo of the chicken salad? Or better, know which circuit danelectro cloned to make it? This would be a fantastic group pcb buy!

Here's what Google found for me:

It looks like it's missing a few things (For example, IC numbers) but I think it's a start.

Think FSB pretty much verified it as a Voodoo Labs Micro Vibe clone. They have a schematic posted......I'd be interested to se the difference with the schematic Mr. C. Shnord posted above.

Did some diggin on FSB. Here's what i found:

Schematic: (it's huge so I didn't embed it)
http://freestompboxes.org/download/file.php?id=14619&mode=view

PCB: (same story)
http://freestompboxes.org/download/file.php?id=14973&mode=view

(Original) Bypass layout:

Also: apparently there's some problem with the internal trimpot: if you turn it all the way down (or maybe up, not sure) you fry something. Maybe add a small resistor in series to limit it.......

I have one of these, and it is bad-ass:

Got it on ebay as "broken" for $15.
