I ordered a rotary switch for the wah, but it has 12 pins rather than 10 like on the PDF instructions. So does anyone know how to wire this sucker?

Thanks,
Keith

Found the below post. It's for a 4P3T, but just ignore the "D" and it works fine.

----------------

I figured it out! It was actually just the way the switch was wired for the inductor mod. I actually did it right the first time, then after seeing DIYorDIE's post on wiring the switch (viewtopic.php?f=33&t=11407) I rewired it, without noticing that it didn't really apply to me. The wiring on that page refers to a 3P4T switch, where I have a 4P3T switch... Just a little bit of dyslexia on my part I guess.

Anyway, for anyone wondering, here's how I wired the 4P3T rotary switch from Smallbear:

I also had trouble with my yellow fesel in the second inductor spot. I couldn't get it to work unless I tipped it forward. So I took it out, cleaned it up good and put it back in... same thing... so I took it out again, cleaned it up and installed it in the smaller eyelets as it shows in the instructions (I know it shouldn't made a difference)... Still nothing... so I tipped it forward with my finger, and presto... it stayed there, and it stayed on. Kinda weird, but it works. I'll go thought everything again when I get the time but for now it's working and I can't wait to get this thing to the jam spot and play though my big amp!!!
