Keith has found an error on the PEQ PCB that can be easily fixed. Resistor R49 (100K) is on the wrong side of capacitor C18. Currently the resistor is connected to the plus lead of the capacitor. The other end goes to ground. The resistor should be connected to the negative lead as it is shown in the schematic. To correct this error remove R49. You can either apply heat to it and pull it from the board or snip the lead ends with wire cutters. Now take another 100K resistor and solder it across lugs 2&7 of the stomp switch. Another option would be to solder the resistor to eyelets 2&7 where the stomp switch header would have been.
For my build I placed a 1/8 watt 100K resistor across the header eyelets.
