Error on pcb for 1.4?

So i have version 1.4 but i didnt see in the instructions to cut anything. i notcied it on some other posts but maybe thats my problem? I get a huge volume drop and the pots dont change anything nor does the trim pot. and i re did my soldering so it all looks like you guys told me to and tested all of them with an electric meter and there are no loose connections anywhere

so what do you guys think

There is nothing to correct on the 1.4 PCB, so you're good there. Please post photographs of your build, in focus and close up of the front and back and of the off board connections...

So here are all the pics i did resolder twice so maybe i damaged a component or i put it in backwards?
also i thought it might be the trim pot so i replaced it with one i picked up from an electronics store... still 10k

and again i checked every soler with a digital multi meter and everything check out good

and all the black marks are from when i marked which solders i had re done the second time around

390 ohm and and 390k are swapped
