Just to make absolutely sure - I got this cap from Mammoth for me GuitarPCB SWAW: http://www.mammothelectronics.com/Nichicon-50-Volt-Electrolytic-Capacitors-p/301-a-50v.htm?1=1&CartID=0

It says bipolar. That means it makes NO difference in the direction I solder it right?

No, it means its crazy and unpredictable

 :P

I'm sorry, I just had to. It's Friday and I'm ready to cut out of this place.

Yes, it is non polorized and current flows both way across the cap so either direction is fine.

Thanks!

Ok another quick question: On the GuitarPCB SWAW directions, the 3PDT wiring diagram does not use the middle bottom lug (lug 6). However, I was going to use the GuitarPCB 3PDT board to make it easier. This has a connection from the circuit input (lug 1) to the unused one (lug 6). What does this extra "jump" do? And will it mess up my directions?

Lug reference:
1 4 7
2 5 8
3 6 9

If i understand correctly, the extra jump, have the purpose of grounding the circuit input, when in standby mode.

hello, I'm wondering if is there any difference in sound shape between a standard electrolitic cap and a bipolar one of the same value. Coud you help me? I'm talking about three electrolitic caps in a fuzz face circuit.
