The instructions were clear. Even so, I got a transistor backwards and screwed it up de-soldering it. One new 2N5088 later, I have a working pedal!

My water decal got a bit roughed up in spots as well.

But overall I am very happy with it. I see a reverb pedal in my future.

Congratulations. Nice build.

A reverb pedal? Looks like you're hooked.

Looks great! The decal was adventurous for a first build - most people are happy if the pedal works at all. One full face decal works for me (and many others on here) - it's less fiddly and easier to position everything and there are less edges to show. It take a bit of practice but it sounds like you're going to get plenty.

Welcome to the addiction.

Thanks everyone… and for the decal advice hogharry. It seemed the larger the decal the harder it was to handle. But like you said, with practice it will get better.

Whenever I build another one I'll keep up the parts porn imagery. :)

As an fyi, the white backing decals are a cake walk compared to the clear. It also allows you to use darker color paints. The only downside is the edge it a little thicker, but I got over that long ago. If an edge bothers you then I'd learn to etch instead. But, try those out and see what you think.
