I think I screwed up my vibrato kit. Is there anyone for hire to take a crack at it?

The best person to hire is yourself! Post some details and pics in the appropriate forum and plenty of folks will help you get it worked out.

You never know it could be something simple. Post that sucker up in the trouble shoot forum. I would reflow all the joints first before I do anything else though. For that build it may take 10 minutes. If a few joints look starved or thin add a touch of solder.

Alright. I went back through the joints and no luck. Maybe I fried a component?

Pics below. The camera is brutally honest about my soldering skills.

Some braids of the hook up wire seems to make contact with other solder points.

Also, verify the orientation of all the IC.

orientation looks okay. Where do you seen the problem with the braids?

Hey buckle, go to the board index and look up the trouble shoot forum and find the vibrato section or the modulation section and post over there. The mods patrol that area to help with builds. You may get more looks over there to help you.
