My vote is for Hal Jordan. He destroyed the universe once.

I voted Batman. It was a toss up between Batman (who's human, and knows the insides of Gotham City's workings enough to make it as a politician) and the Hal Jordan Green Lantern.

I voted Wonder Woman. I just for once wanted a President that didn't make me want to change the channel the instant I realized who was speaking.

That is what you why you would vote for him?

I had to vote for Batman since I didn't know who the majority of those characters were.

i went for superman because i'm pretty sure that it would stop any type of terrorism if you knew that a flying, super strength bearing, x-ray vision wielding, supersonic speed traveling pissed off farm boy was headed your way. but then again, that never stopped lex, so who knows?!

i like this thread, although i would have liked to see it expanded to any superhero or supervillian,....i mean, not to start a political riot, but there's been a few super-villian presidents unfortunately.

Heck yeah! Campaign Slogan: "Don't mess with America. We'll destroy the universe."

Of course, the weakness to all things yellow might be a bit of a downer.

about superman...

yeah, he's awesome and all... but he's kinda retarded. he always barges right in, head first, and most of the times ends up in some kryptonite-fueled trap!

but batman... now there is a SMART dude. can you imagine someone as successful, powerfull, and rich, actually being able to pull off a night-time hero gig? trump swinging from buildings in his off-hours? now way! those dudes are scrutinized so much, every move is under a microscope... and yet bruce wayne has never gotten found out. why? superior intelligence. not to mention loads of money and the latest computer stuff.

batman doesn't barge right in and get caught in a trap. batman scouts, and recons, and creeps, finds the trap, realizes how you could have improved upon it's design, then disables the trap, and whoops your booty.

i dunno,...just seems like alot of work when you CAN barge right and then separate a man's arms from his body and beat him with them,...of course, when i say superman, i refer to the one a few years ago that was the 'evil alter ego',...you know the one who DIDN'T care what lois thought,...i like him better,...more of a rambo with laser vision type thing. hahaa

I'm going to have to say Batman. He can handle pressure and stress from both Batman's and Bruce Wayne's lives. He deals with terrorists as Batman and runs a company as Wayne.

Never happen. Obviously Bruce Wayne would be a republican (old money, corporate owner) and Clark Kent is a democrat (he's in the press). I mean...obviously.

i have a lot of well-thought-out and rehearsed theories about why batman is the greatest superhero of all time, and why if it ever really did come down to a battle to the death between BM and SM, that batman WOULD win, period.

i had an english class in college where one of the required readings was "the dark knight returns" by frank miller. it was awesome.

I voted for Batman. The main reason being is that Superman isn't even a naturalized citizen of Earth, let alone the USA - LOL.

ok, ok,...so i know Supe' ain't the favorite. but think of it this way, batman has NO superpowers. he was born into money and so his all his 'toys' are the product of a big checkbook. with Supe' we're talking raw talent here. i understand that bruce wayne is intelligent, but so is superman. i'm just thinking that if korea launched a nuke, in the time it would take batman to get in the batwing and coordinate the response, superman would have already flown into its flight path, carried it to some distance point in outer space, frozen it with his breath, and been back home drinking a cold one with lois rubbin' his feet,...i'm just throwing it out there.

and i know he's not american,...or from earth,...or technically human,....but come on, neither is the Governor Schwarzenegger,...err,...wait.
