Shipping Policies:
We try our very best to get your order out same business day, and most of the time we do. For us, being a small
consider your order placed on Monday morning. But we do not guarantee same day shipping. We reserve
the right to take up to 3 business days to process your order. Requesting and paying for expedited shipping
service does not guarantee that we will get your order out the same day. We only ship via UPS. We only ship
within the US. We absolutely will not ship outside the US and we absolutely will not ship via USPS.
Return Policies:
We accept returns and exchanges on all products as long as they are unused. We do not accept partial returns.
Returns and exchanges are for the full purchase price less the cost of shipping or any promotional pricing.
Technical Support Policies:
Because of the nature or our product and the fact that some people put very little effort into their kits or cause
irreparable damage to their kits due to lack of patience and/or failure to read instructions, we officially do not
provide technical support. It is not often, but we do occasionally get customers that are so obnoxious, lazy,
and/or impatient, that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide tech support for every customer. And
because we cannot tech support for every customer, we must protect ourselves and say that we officially do not
provide tech support to any customer. Purchasing a kit does not entitle you to any of our time after the sale. We
are not responsible for the completion of your kit. Properly completing a kit is your sole responsibility.
That being said, we do have a wonderful forum that is a great place for DIY FX discussion and getting help if you
are having trouble with your build. board.buildyourownclone.com The people on the BYOC forum - even the
people associated with BYOC - are there on their own free time. And if you are polite and patient, there is a very
good chance that someone will help you with your problem.
Please do not confuse technical support issues with customer support issues. Missing parts, damaged parts,
problems with shipping and problems with an order are customer support issues and you should address these
issues directly to BYOC either through email or phone. We really are nice people who stand behind our product
and will do our best to make sure you are happy, but unfortunately there are people out there who will take
advantage of this, so we must make these type of statements up front.
Warranty/Guarantee:
BYOC guarantees that your kit will be complete and that all parts and components will arrive functioning and free
of defect. Soldering, clipping, cutting, stripping, or using any of the components in any way voids this guarantee.
BYOC guarantees that the instructions for your kit will be free of any majors errors that would cause you to
permanently damage any components in your kit, but does not guarantee that the instructions will be free of typos
or minor errors. BYOC does not warranty the completed pedal as a whole functioning unit nor do we warranty
any of the individual parts once they have been used. If you have a component that is used, but feel it was
defective prior to you using it, we reserve the right to determine whether or not the component was faulty upon
arrival. We do not guarantee that you will be able to successfully complete your kit.
