| We are a UPS shipper and most orders ship same day. |
1. Almost all orders ship same day if they are placed before 12pm PST, but we do not guarantee same day
shipping. Orders placed after 12pm PST will ship next business day.
2. We only ship via UPS. We do not use USPS because they do not offer real time tracking and they rarely
ever payout on insurance claims. If we cannot get good customer service from our carrier, then we cannot
provide you with good customer service. So we do not use USPS. Please do not ask.
